  20. Buy you self a new modem, upgrading your existing Hayes Modem is
  21. absolutely wasting your money.  I have a Hayes Optima 28.8 v.FC; which
  22. is better than Accura 28.8 v.FC.  I pay $52.55 for upgrade kit and I
  23. still can't connect over 19.2, and it often disconnect for no reason.

  25. So, get your self a USR Sportster of USR Courier if you can.
